Super cool brewer and brewery. Loved the vibe in the tasting room/bar. Great beer. Every beer we tried was great! If we lived in the area this would be my go-to place! Highly recommend!

Nice atmosphere with a good beer selection. Had a hazy IPA called Hudson ale at 6%, we also tried a coconut pastry stout and a double IPA 8%. A 6 buck bar bite menu and 8"pizza for 8 bucks. Good beers!

Kings Court Brewing offers that authentic, down-to-earth, local watering hole vibe. Tucked into downtown Poughkeepsie, it’s the kind of spot where you will encounter a group of friends spending a laid-back Sunday playing board games in the back and the daily barflies in their usual seats up front. The space is family-friendly, with a casual setup and a solid mix of games to keep everyone entertained. The beer lineup leans both creative and classic, with standouts like Shadow of Mordor—a barrel-aged pastry stout with coconut and vanilla. It’s silky smooth with a surprisingly restrained sweetness, making it easy to forget the high ABV. We also really enjoyed the Dutchess West Coast IPA, brewed with Amarillo and Cascade hops—crisp, piney, and just bitter enough to say hi. Kings Court is a great call if you're after good beer, a relaxed vibe, and a true local feel.

Great beer selection available in different sizes, relaxed atmosphere, giant games, gorgeous patio, very friendly owners and patrons. My husband and I each tried two beers and really liked one of each selection. Hazy IPA is solid. Tons of parking and easy access to many other downtown businesses. Hoping to go back for trivia soon.

This was by far our most favorite brewery in PH when we visited. Call Parent was an independent food truck outback, there is a beautiful outdoor space and many different types of beers on draft which we enjoyed. There is definitely a small community vibe and the places run by a family which makes it feel more homey and just overall a wonderful experience. Complete strangers started talking to us and we made friends instantly with local people it was really a wonderful experience. I particularly love the plan the cleanliness and the authentic small Business feel of the place. This is an excellent place for your kids there’s lots of toys and games to play in the back and space to walk around.
